At TargetCast tcm, Michael works with clients to uncover insights leading to effective engagement, receptivity and ROI. Mike is passionate that these concepts be grounded in the consumer - how they perceive and experience a brand, their attitudes towards all communication contact points, how they buy and what makes them come back for more. He has directed the development and implementation of the agency's approach to insights-driven planning with great success.
A veteran of FCB, Carat and MediaVest, Mike has a strong background in consumer-based research and ethnographic studies. His work has taken him from Germany to the UK to Asia, where he participated in the media launch of Philip's re-branding efforts and helped move P&G from its more traditional approach to media planning towards the practice of consumer-centric communications.
Recognized by the industry, Michael has been lauded by client and agencies alike with "Innovation in Marketing" from Kraft Foods and "The Innovation Award" from MediaVest Worldwide.
