Jeri Dack Joins TargetCast tcm As SVP, Director of Digital Marketing

NEW YORK, July 30, 2007 -- TargetCast tcm has named Jeri Dack, a 30-year marketing and media veteran, as the agency's Senior Vice President, Director of Digital Marketing, a new position.

Ms. Dack had most recently been Senior VP of Media & Entertainment at Sullivan, a marketing and sales communications agency where she managed brand positioning on media accounts including Hearst, Conde Nast, MTV Networks, The History Channel and Meredith. Previously, she was Senior VP/Managing Director of Operations at Media Planning/MPG, and Senior VP/ N.Y. Media Director at Mediavest Worldwide, Hill/ Holliday, and DMB&B, where she handled a wide range of clients including Avon, Norelco, Brown-Forman, Ernst & Young, Coty, Liz Claiborne and multiple Procter & Gamble brands. Notably, she was the first U.S. Media professional to transition into Account Planning and to combine the two disciplines into one.

"We are excited to have Jeri joining the TargetCast tcm team," said Steve Farella, co-founder and President/CEO of the $450 million independent media agency. "Her broad media experience, rather than a narrow digital specialization, fits perfectly with our approach to digital marketing, which we view as most effective when integrated into the total communications process. She is a top professional who will add tremendous value to strategic plan development for our clients."

TargetCast tcm was founded five years ago by Farella and Audrey Siegel. Currently, with a staff of more than 50, TargetCast tcm serves a diverse range of strong independent brands including TIAA-CREF, Wyeth Consumer Healthcare, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Wyeth Animal Health, Ruby Tuesday Restaurants, 1-800-Flowers.com, The Wharton School, Dominican Republic Tourism, MSG Network, and Muscular Dystrophy Association.

TargetCast tcm was recently named to Inc. Magazine's Inc. 500 list of America's fastest-growing private companies.
